These are my favorite oils for getting stuff DONE.
I call this my back to school blend, but really it can be used year round for focus, mental clarity, and concentration. This was my saving grace during finals week at university.
The following oils are my favorite for this time of year...
Wild Orange: Great for increasing focus & energy.
Peppermint: Increases mental clarity & focus.
Cedarwood: Increases oxygenation to the brain, helping with performance.
Lavender: Helps to relieve stress, giving you more chance to focus on what you really need to be focused on.
Back To School Blend
Wild Orange Essential Oil
Peppermint Essential Oil
Cedarwood Essential Oil
Lavender Essential Oil
Carrier Oil (If making a roller bottle)
Add 3-5 drops of each essential oil to a roller bottle. Fill the rest of the roller up with a carrier oil.
Apply to back of the neck, bottom of the feet and along the spine. You can also diffuse the essential oils in your diffuser or mix the ingredients in a bowl (must include carrier oil) and massage.
