This grain-free pancake recipe is easy, cheap, and packed with healthy fats, protein, and fiber. A perfect alternative for those who don’t eat grains, dairy, or refined sugar.

Paleo Banana Spice Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 ripe mashed bananas

2 organic eggs

2 tablespoons coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Coconut oil (for pan)

Method:
  1. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add in cinnamon, baking soda, and coconut flour. Mix well.
  3. Add in eggs and combine until smooth.
  4. Grease a frying pan with coconut oil and place a small ladle of pancake batter in the pan. Cook over a low-medium heat.
  5. Flip when pancakes are starting to form.
  6. Remove from the heat, drizzle with your favorite topping and enjoy!
