Chocolate Almond Butter Fat Bombs (Paleo, Keto, Vegan)

Let me get real with you guys here. I'm not perfect when it comes to toxin-free living and eating healthy. In fact, I eat dessert nearly every night because I have such a raging sweet tooth. I also skip the gym very often and opt for a walk instead. I also have a big old sugar-filled cocktail now and again when I fancy it.

Why? Because I am human. You are too and sometimes we need to remind ourselves of this. One thing I have learned from my wellness journey so far is that there will always be someone ready to critique your every move. Some people will love your philosophy, others will hate it, and one thing is certain, nobody is perfect. Be true to yourself, be raw, be authentic, serve yourself and others as best as you can, and do it all with LOVE.

It's with LOVE that I share my recipes with you and this one in particular, has served me and my sweet tooth fabulously well.

Made with just 4 ingredients and with a preparation time of only 10 minutes, these little guys make for the most perfectly satisfying and hugely convenient dessert bite. Don't let the name scare you like it once scared me- healthy and high-quality fats have a crucial role in the diet and no, eating one or two of these in the evening will certainly not make you "fat". They have zero refined sugars and carbohydrates, energy boosting high-quality fats, and a delicious chocolate nut butter taste.

What are you waiting for?
