Paleo Chocolate Mousse
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoon swerve (or sweetener of choice)
1 1/4 cup canned coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a blender, add avocado, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener, canned coconut cream and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the chocolate mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at 3 hours (or overnight if possible).
