Four Ingredient Paleo & Vegan Pumpkin Brownies
Make these very easy brownies with just FOUR ingredients! Paleo and Vegan friendly.
Good morning and happy Monday! How is everyone? Ready for the craziness of Thanksgiving week?
These effortless brownies may simplify things a little bit.
This is possibly the easiest recipe on my blog and one of the most delicious too. Simply throw all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl, give them a stir, pour into a greased brownie pan and bake for 45 minutes or so...
and there you have it! Perfectly moist, rich and delicious brownies, free from nasty ingredients and both paleo and vegan friendly. Totally beginner baker friendly, right? Enjoy!
Four Ingredient Brownies
(Makes 15 brownies)
2 cups organic pumpkin puree
1 cup organic sprouted nut butter (I used chunky almond butter in this recipe- so good)
1/2 cup organic cacao powder
1/4 cup sweetener of choice (I used monkfruit)
1) Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a brownie pan with coconut oil.
2) Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl either by hand or with an electric beater.
3) Spread batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
4) Set aside to cool before cutting into even squares. Store these in the fridge to keep that gooey delicious texture! Feel free to frost them too, because who doesn't like extra chocolate goodness.
