Organic Broccoli Crisps (Paleo, Vegan, Keto)
A healthy, crunchy, and delicious snack for the entire family. These organic broccoli crisps are paleo, vegan and keto friendly!

Since embarking on another RESTART program a few weeks ago with a client, I have lost my taste for all things sweet. That's the beauty of RESTART. It can turn the biggest sweet tooth, cake loving, biscuit craving girl and turn her into someone who willingly opts for snacks like these broccoli crisps. Amazing.
Anyway, these delightful little veggie crisps were created last week. I was at Trader Joe's to get some organic produce and I stumbled across a freeze dried broccoli snack in a little baggie. They looked delicious but I hated that they weren't organic, were overpriced, and had rice bran oil in them. So I went home and in true BGW fashion, decided to try creating my own. I can't say if these taste exactly like the ones in the store but I can tell you that they are such a yummy snack and so easy to make.

Makes Four Servings
1 large head of organic broccoli
2 tablespoons avocado oil (or cooking oil of choice)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1) Preheat the oven to 450F.
2) Cut broccoli head into tiny little florets (I like them tiny so they crisp up more) and place them in a bowl.
3) Drizzle avocado oil generously over the broccoli and add sesame seeds and seasoning. Mix to combine.
4) Transfer broccoli bites onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until crispy.
*Play around with the time here as it may differ due to your oven, and taste preference. Keep an eye on them*
