I've never really been a snickerdoodle person but when it comes to edible snickerdoodle cookie dough, you have my attention. These soft little nuggets are so delicious. They have the melt in your mouth quality and hit you with all kinds of delicious fall flavors.

Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Bites

(Makes 8 bites)

Ingredients:

1 cup cashew butter

1/3 cup sweetener of choice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

1 1/2 cups almond flour

2 tablespoons coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

pinch of salt

For rolling:

2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

1) In a large bowl or food processor, mix all of the ingredients together until combined.

2) Roll them into eight even small balls.

3) On a plate mix coconut palm sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in the sugar mixture.

4) Refrigerate and enjoy whenever you fancy a little pick-me-up!
